God and Family program

How are families and pizza alike? We are learning all about it in our
God and Family scouting workbook.

We have worked on 3 lessons so far.  We went over the introduction - how
families and pizza are alike, lesson 1 (crust-foundation) and 2 (sauce - our
family and spiritual heritage). It takes about 1 1/2-2 hrs per lesson.

The opening activity that was supposed to take about 3-5 minutes -
Jamie spent a lot of time on over 2 days.  She wanted to build a completed
house out of legos (which we borrowed from her cousin).  So we talked about
how she was building her faith.

We went for a night walk as a family to try and fit in some time for each other. 
James' new schedule started this week and he will be working every Friday,
Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
