Shepherd's Pie

My niece Michelle loves Shepherd's Pie and recommended this idea to add to our recipe book. We made it a lot when she stayed with us before. James made a white sauce (from our Cannelloni recipe) or you can add beef brown gravy.

1-2 lbs ground beef
1-2 cans green beans (or 1 bag of mixed frozen vegetables)
8-10 servings (lots) instant mashed potatoes

Cook meat with spices you prefer, layer meat and veggies with potatoes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Add gravy on top if desired.
