The Alamo

Jamie and I went to the Alamo on Friday on a chartered bus. She enjoyed sitting with her friend Summer and they watched movies: Open Season 2 and Fly Me to the Moon. I sat with her teacher Mrs. Newberry. We went to the back forty at the Texas Institute of Cultures. I liked the school house and the teacher telling stories about the old days. Then we ate lunch outside. We drove to the Alamo for a quick tour. We went to the IMAX theater to see someone's interpretation of the events at the Alamo. I held Jamie's ears but we watched it all. It was graphic and sad at the end of course.
