Farmer's Market - Good Earth Day School

There were chickens, a horse, a miniature horse or pony, goats, sheep, cats, bunnies, etc.

Jamie was very excited to pet the miniature horse / pony. Last week we drove 2 hours away to see some horses but it was hard to get close enough to pet them. The little girl was in our friend's 2nd grade class a few years ago. Her mom runs a Mother's Day out program and opened up her yard for the farmer's market this summer. Today was the last day. We bought some angus beef. Eggs were sold out.

Lilly Belle was a very gentle horse who let the kids lead her around and pet her.

The kids enjoyed seeing all the animals and petting the horse.
