Lunch Dates

James and I had 2 lunch dates this week. I took a day off work for dr appts and myself and it just happened to be the day of Michelle's surgery. We decided to hit the pause button on craziness and go out to lunch. I picked Italian and we found Macaroni Grill. I went for Mother's Day a year or two ago. James ordered the mozzarella appetizer. Then we split the trio with chicken cannelloni, lasagna and chicken parmesan. It was delicious. And to top it off he ordered us a lemon passion cake. I needed some comfort food that I didn't have to cook or clean up. And Charles was nice enough to "watch" Anne. She slept for 3 hours that day. We met another day for lunch at Ken's Subs, Tacos and More. James ordered hamburgers and they were great too. No pictures of that one though. We had Anne and met right after work before picking Jamie up from school. I did not do any of the extra Christmas stuff I thought I would do the last 2 weeks but that's ok. There is always next week. If we don't make time, it won't happen.
