Mother's Day

I went to see Michelle on Saturday and finally got my haircut. It was way overdue especially with the summer heat already starting. It looks and feels so much better now. Anne slept for some of it in the stroller and then sat on my lap to keep her out of the way. We were both covered with hair but I had to get it done. Good excuse for a long bubble bath together when we got home. We watched one of the awesome kid videos by Karen Henley and relaxed some.

James drove me to the girl scout camp "late" last night. Jamie brought me breakfast in bed - one of our many little family traditions. She painted a photo frame for me yesterday and had a singing card from school. We played a mom and baby photo matching game. Then I followed someone on the long drive back. I missed going to church but there is always next year. Both kids are sleeping now. Hope to go for a family swim this afternoon.
