Sweet Dream Cookies
1 box yellow cake mix or chocolate cake mix
½ stick soft margarine
½ cup milk
1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the ingredients into a dough. Spoon into walnut-size pieces onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-11 minutes. (Do not overbake, cookies should not turn brown.) Makes 2 dozen cookies. Cool completely before icing.
Dreamy Icing
Take one can of store-bought vanilla (or chocolate) cake frosting. Spoon into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until bubbly. Stir well. While hot, drizzle icing over the cooled cookies. Enjoy a taste of heaven!
