Seaworld
We went to SeaWorld as a family Saturday and we had a great time!! We got our picture taken by the fountain. Annie wasn't looking up - oh well - what's new. This is the most I've ever typed (due to the fact I copied Sha's blog and edited it - with permission.)
We saw 4 shows!
- the Beluga Whale show - "Viva"
- the ski show - "Cool Vibrations"
- the Sea Lion show - (so funny)
- the Shamu show - "Believe" (the one at 8pm - love all the cool light effects on a night show-
Anne slept through the whole thing - we'll have to make sure we see a daytime one later on)
We had lunch at the park - we did the "all you can eat" special at the picnic area. (Port-of-Call) Hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, and chicken as well as potato salad, beans, corn, pudding, and rocket popsicles. Except Jamie who had chicken and pizza during the day. She did like the chocolate pudding - of course.
We also spent a lot of time in the Lost Lagoon Waterpark!! 4pm-7pm
**We started out in the Lil' Gators Lagoon - basically for the babies - trying to find shade.
We all went under the mushroom except Anne! She was asleep at first.
** We did the lazy river called "Castaway Crusin' - without a tube. They only have a few tubes and they were all occupied!! So we floated without the tube. It was fun. The girls took turns with me - staying out with Annie. Next time Dad will be with us and can carry her or tube with her. I am not brave enough. Jamie had a life jacket and I swam beside her to cool off.
**Wave Wash Pool! Me, Michelle, and Annie were in the little Oasis area at the very front of the wavepool - away from the waves. Jamie had a slight nosebleed when I took a turn with her in the waves. She has been dehydrated a lot this week. We tried lots of liquids! Sprite and Frosted Lemonade! It was the coolest day I've ever spent there - even though Sha was hot. Last summer was really hot and I was very pregnant.
We have Fun Passes so we will go again this summer. We are waiting for Aunt Lori! She will be leaving in about 10 days to drive another car/station wagon here.
Only 2 more days of work and school left. I can hardly wait!
